In order to fully grasp the import of this Mandate it is important to explain in detail every part of this mission

A) By the Grace of God, this ministry is a people-oriented ministry, irrespective of age, status, background, race, educational bias, or geographical location.
It is not a ministry to be gauged by programmes, financial proceeds and material possessions.  It is a ministry galvanized in any and every way to touch lives and affect people.

B) It has the Mandate to raise people with an OCCUPATIONAL ARMY MENTALITY
“To Raise” connotes the fact that the Mandate cannot function without a soldier mentality. That is, there is no place for individualistic approach to work.  No unit can achieve the task in isolation. Rather, various people are trained for a variety of tasks, and they learn to work in harmony and unity with other parts to get the Mandate fulfilled.

Furthermore, as an OCCUPATIONAL ARMY, the various parts of the army work with the purpose of forcefully advancing to occupy every human heart in every place with the power of HIS PRESENCE

C) Raise a people of His Presence – The Origin
By this we mean that the beginning of their work with God begins in His presence

D) BY HIS PRESENCE – THE INSTRUMENT
By this we mean that the INSTRUMENT or Agent engaged to raise these people in the way of the Lord Jesus Christ in His Presence

E) With His Presence –The Apparel or Empowerment (Exodus 33:14, 15)
This implies that we, the people, will carry the consciousness that whatever we are able to do, wherever we find ourselves in our pursuit of career, ministry, family, etc, we need his presence to achieve, to prevail and to reign.

F) In His Presence – The Atmosphere (Psalm 16:11, II Corinthians 3:17)
This implies that we always seek the atmosphere of His Presence corporately and individually to get the things of God.  Conduct your life with the consciousness of His presence

G) For His Presence – The Destination (Hosea 6:2B)
This means that no matter what we are able to achieve or obtain, we should always have the mindset that we are going to be forever in His Presence.  We will have to reckon with Him (Heb 4:13), so we should not get involved in the things that can disqualify us from His Presence eternally, that is in eternity.

THE DOUBLE-EDGED SWORD

There are two levels of carrying out this mandate

• EQUIP THE PEOPLE -  A teaching and training programme whereby people understand His Presence in order to get their lives filled by every attribute, potential and power of His presence
• SENT-MENTALITY TO EQUIP OTHER – After an initial contact and impact of reality of His Presence, there will be an on-going lifestyle developed in the people to use the opportunities life makes available (at work, on the streets, in the neighborhood, in public transport, at social occasions, etc) to EXTEND HIS PRESENCE into the life of every man, everywhere.  This goes on simultaneously as they are continually equipped (through teaching and training) with His Presence.
